My personal favorites are Tazza d’Oro and another place I frequented on Viale Giulio Cesare but I can’t recall the name.

I miss my Italian coffee breaks.

Tazza d’Oro serves the best coffee granita with panna in Rome and the espresso is a real treat, but I love Sant’Eustachio sugared coffee so much:-)
    Have a great day!

I’d highly recommend, though only in Italian, the Bar d’Italia del Gambero Rosso. It’s an annual guide that comes out each year and they’re in the middle of printing the 2010 version for release within a couple of weeks.
